ONCE UPON A TIME
My journey into real estate began with a simple spark: the desire to serve people and create exceptional experiences.
I saw Len T Wong on a bus bench. I thought to myself, “I want to serve Calgary like him. Maybe even have my own bus bench someday.” That dream didn’t take long to ignite after I found myself packaged by a big corporation, despite being in the top 1% of sales nationwide.
With 15 years of experience in sales and customer service, I’ve learned what it means to truly serve.
Yet, in the corporate world, I was just a number. That’s why I shifted gears to real estate. Growing up in Manila, playing Monopoly didn’t just teach me about property; it sparked my love for real estate’s terms like rent, mortgage, buying, selling, and everything in between.
Real estate isn’t new to me, it’s personal. I bring a strategic, outside-the-box approach to marketing, pricing, and staging your property to get top dollar. My Type A personality means I get things done fast. Whether it’s answering your call or text promptly, marketing your property fiercely, or making strategic improvements.
One of my strong suits? I love renovating and making homes beautiful. Over the years, I’ve built strong connections with tradespeople and suppliers, so whether it’s a quick fix or a stylish transformation, I know exactly who to call to bring out your home’s best.
Beyond real estate, I’m a high-maintenance wife, an uber-mom to two amazing kids, a generous daughter and sister, and a loyal friend. I bring that same energy, dedication, and care into helping you find your dream home or sell with confidence.
What started as a simple dream is now a reality after years of hard work! I have my own bus bench in Calgary now. Who knows, maybe one day I get to inspire someone, too...
